Lanzhou Railway Station in Lanzhou city, Gansu province opened Dunhuang-Beijing train No K43/44 featured on Dunhuang Culture on May 14 to facilitate travel to Dunhuang city in Gansu.

Dunhuang is a historical city with various scenic spots, such as the Mogao Grottoes, Sing Sand Mountains and Cerement Spring.

The special tourism train has a Dunhuang bar, a theme dining car, KTV and other areas for entertainment, aiming to become a new model of railway tourism.
