The People’s Square in Urumqi was bustling on the morning of October 1, 2015. Nearly 10,000 masses in splendid attire are dancing and singing there to celebrate the 66th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 60th anniversary of founding of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
