The 4th Gansu International Car Trade Fair was held at the Gansu International Convention and Exhibition Center in Lanzhou, Gansu province, from April 29 to May 4.

The annual event attracted nearly one hundred automobile brands. Around 200 automobile producers from home and abroad put approximately 500 new cars on display. Participants included Ford Motor Company, Toyota and Beijing Hyundai.

The exhibition was jointly hosted by the China National Automotive Industry International Corporation (CNAICO) and Gansu Convention and Exhibition Co.

According to its organizers, the auto exhibition has boosted the regional auto market, stimulated consumption and created jobs, resulting in the development of auto related sectors such as exhibition, tourism, transportation and hotel services.
